Terms of Service

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You may not use the Service where doing so would be unlawful, or if you are barred from using it under applicable law.

02What BlofinX is — and is not

BlofinX is a quantitative research, analysis and prediction platform. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, money-services business or investment adviser. We do not execute trades, hold or custody your funds, or connect to exchanges with trade permissions. Everything the Service produces — verdicts, confidence scores, targets, position sizes and commentary — is informational and for your own research only. See our Disclaimer.

03Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

04Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• The Service is offered on a free tier and paid tiers (Pro and Pro Max) at the prices shown at checkout.
• Paid subscriptions are paid in USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network and are activated once the transfer is verified against the blockchain. Transfers sent on a different network, or in a different asset, cannot be recovered or credited.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or models of the Service;
• scrape, harvest or access the Service other than through interfaces we provide;
• resell, redistribute or sublicense signals, data or API access without our written permission;
• disrupt, overload or interfere with the Service or its security;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent it to others.

06Alerts

Alert integrations are personal to your account and subject to rate limits and fair-use rules. We may suspend or revoke access that we reasonably believe is being abused. We do not currently offer a developer API on any plan.

07Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, content, design and trademarks, is owned by BlofinX or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal or internal purposes while your subscription is active. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

08No financial advice

Nothing on BlofinX is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Predictions are probabilistic and may be wrong. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and their outcomes.

09Service provided “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlofinX and its team will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BlofinX harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlofinX is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
