This Privacy Policy explains how BlofinX (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you visit our website or use our quantitative research and prediction platform (the “Service”).

01Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service:
- Account information — your name, email address and login credentials, created through our authentication provider when you register.
- Subscription & payment information — subscriptions are paid in USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network. We record the transaction hash of your transfer, the amount and the date, so your subscription can be matched to your account. There is no third-party payment processor and no card details are ever collected; we never hold your wallet's private keys. Your transaction hash is a matter of public record on the Tron blockchain, which we read but do not control.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction and diagnostic logs.
- Optional read-only keys — if you choose to connect an exchange account to view a portfolio, we store those keys encrypted and request read-only scope only. We never ask for trade or withdrawal permissions, and you can revoke them at any time.

02How we use your information
- To provide, operate, maintain and secure the Service.
- To authenticate you and manage your subscription and entitlements.
- To deliver the signals and alerts to the channels you configure (web terminal, WhatsApp or email).
- To improve the Service and to prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To communicate with you about your account, changes and support requests.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
05Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. 08International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards to protect it.
09Children
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
11Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “last updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you.
